The Lester House is a private residence built in 1887 that the current owners have been unable to occupy since purchasing the property in 2019. They reached out to our group after experiencing repeated unexplained phenomena including footsteps on the upper floor when the house was empty, a rocking chair that moves on its own, doors that lock from the inside without occupants present, and — most disturbingly — a young child repeatedly asking "who is the man upstairs?" during viewings. Our group of four conducted a full overnight investigation after a detailed walk-through with the owners and a review of the property's history. Records indicate two deaths on the premises: a male occupant in 1923 and a female child in 1941. The male death was ruled accidental but local records from the period contain some ambiguity. We entered at 10:00 PM and vacated at 6:15 AM.
I've been tracking a series of unusual tree structures and vocalizations in a remote section of the Cascade Range in Washington State for the past eight months. After three separate day hikes produced compelling physical evidence — including a 15.5-inch track line spanning roughly 70 metres, two large tree breaks at heights inconsistent with bear activity, and a wood-knock response to my own — I organised a three-night base camp investigation with two other researchers. We set up four trail cameras covering key corridors, motion sensors around the perimeter, and a remote audio array. I've been doing this for eleven years and consider myself a rigorous, evidence-led researcher. This trip produced the most compelling evidence of my career.
